Well I always play "Hair of the Dog" when I come home from work and somethings got me ticked off. As a teenager it was "Parental Guidance" by Judas Priest. Some others that work for me are "Head Like A Hole" by Nine Inch Nails and "Symphony of Destruction" by Megadeth.
