What should I do with my black lab dog?

I have this lab. I had her since she was a puppy back in 2000. She use to be playful. For example, whenever anybody wake up and leave the bedroom,she would be right by the door waiting to be pet. Now she now like that. All she does now is sleep ALL DAY. The only time she get up for is when I get her food. She does have white hair.So, I know shes getting old and lazy...But I really dont want to put her to sleep. But shes never wants to do nothing nomore. What should I do? thanks

For 1 thing shes not old. Shes only 6 or 7 years old. Labs live to be 10-14 years. She sounds like she has a problem. Dogs get like that if they are sick or in pain.
